  • Quick Fix: Find the breaker panel and check for any tripped breakers, specifically the ones marked purple. Reset any tripped breakers by switching them completely off and then on again. If the problem persists, please Contact us to request a service appointment and provide your preferred date and time.

  • Quick Fix: Check your circuit breaker panel to see if any switch has tripped (the one in the mid-position). Turn it all the way off, then switch it back on. This should reset the breaker. If the light remains off, try changing the bulb. Unfortunately, these aren’t covered by the warranty. If the problem persists, please Contact us to request a service appointment and provide your preferred date and time.

  • Quick Fix: After ensuring all switches are off, find a switch right beneath the fan blades on the fan’s body. Ensure this switch isn’t in a neutral position but switched to one side. This switch also controls the fan’s direction. If the problem persists, please Contact us to request a service appointment and provide your preferred date and time.

  • Quick Fix: AFCI breakers (Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters) are designed to spot current fluctuations that could lead to arcing (an electric discharge that jumps from one conductor to another). Their sensitivity can cause more frequent trips. This could be due to various factors, such as fluctuating electrical currents, certain appliances, etc. You can try resetting these, as explained above. If the problem persists, please Contact us to request a service appointment and provide your preferred date and time.

  • Quick Fix: Ensure the “furnace” switch located in the attic is in the “on” position. If it’s on and your AC remains non-functional, inspect the breaker panel and reset it if needed. If the problem persists, please Contact us to request a service appointment and provide your preferred date and time.

  • Quick Fix: Don’t panic! Your first call should be to your service provider, as we can’t remove meters for troubleshooting. If the problem persists, please Contact us to request a service appointment and provide your preferred date and time. Alternatively, feel free to give us a call at 866-231-3172.

Locating the Breaker Panel

Typically, the breaker panel will be located in one of two places: inside the garage or the outside of the home next to the electric meter.
